Frequently asked questions
How long do your cookies last?
Our cookies are fresh for one week. Afterwards, their still good but you can taste the difference. For longevity put them in the fridge.
How do we place an order?
Call or text (925) 596 0583 to discuss what you'd like. We'll send you a text or email confirmation with the details. We're really quick with getting back to people.
How long in advance should we place an order?
For several boxes of cookies, call an hour or two in advance so we can have them ready. At least 2 weeks for custom cakes. For catering and large events, At least 3.
Which cookies are gluten free and without nuts?
Guava kiss, Mexican Wedding Cookie, and the Linzer have nuts.
Unfortunately, none of our items are gluten free.
Can your cookies be shipped?
Linzer, Lime Zest, and Guava Kiss ship nicely. Alfajores and Mexican wedding cookies have powdered sugar coated on them which gets very disturbed during shipping and arrives in not the best visual condition. Although, they still taste great.
Why are you closed Monday and Tuesday?
Those two days are our weekend. Just a couple of days to recharge in order to be back at it with full energy.
