How do I order?

Since each cake, gelatin and  marshFellows is personalized, it’s essential we’re able to discuss the

event and the quest of honor. So, just call at 510-915-9444 and she’ll get started.


Can you deliver?

Passion Pastry can deliver in most of Alameda county and some of Contra Costa. We can discuss pick up or delivery when you call. we Can Only mail MarshFellows.


What types of cakes are available?

passion pastry uses only fresh and natural ingredients. You can choose from white, chocolate, marble or tres leches cake.


What fillings do you offer?

Many of passion pastry cake feature whipped cream or fresh fruit filling. Let Sofia know what you

prefer and she’ll be happy to fulfill your request.


What type of frostings can I choose?

As you can see from all the photos, Sofia is a master at rolled fondant, whipped cream and

butter cream frosting.


What is “rolled fondant”

Rolled Fondant is a soft playdough-like cooked sugar mass that is rolled out with a rolling pin, just

like pie crust. it then is draped over a cake, smoothed while pressing into place and trimmed. It gives

a smooth, soft matte and  porcelain-like finish, making it a popular choice to cover wedding cakes

with. It is appealing as a cake cover because it can be Decorated on with butter cream icing for the

special event! Many don’t like its bland taste and leathery texture, for some, takes some getting used

to.


How far in advance do I need or order?

Order at least a week in advance for a small cake(serving less than 20) and four six weeks for

larger cakes. Due to the effort required for most of our creations, cancellations must be made week

prior to the event.


Do you take credit cards?

At this point we only take cash and checks,


How much are your cakes and gelatins?

Each creation is unique, so we price per serving started at( call for price) for whipped cream cake with basic decoration.


what is a “gelatin”?

Gelatin are a simple yet amazing varied creation. The basic is milk, sugar and gelatin. Then Sofia

can add in any type of flavoring from seasonal fruits such as mango or cherry to more exotic foods

like avocado and corn.
